Steelers’ wide receiver Antonio Brown has been fined $24,309 for his TD celebration dance during last week’s win over Kansas City. The NFL has a rule against “sexually suggestive” behavior on the field. Pittsburgh coach Mike Tomlin has asked the league for clarity on what’s acceptable. The league is sending a video to teams that explains the issue.
