Pirates’ infielder Jung Ho Kang has agreed to enter a voluntary treatment program after his December DUI arrest in South Korea, the third time since 2009 he has been arrested for such an offense in the country. Entering rehab was a recommendation of Major League Baseball’s Treatment Board.
